These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of original artworks through our online shop. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Online Art Shop
1. Use of the Online Art Shop
You must be 18 years or older to use the online shop. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
All artworks available through this site are original works by Ellie. By purchasing an artwork, you acknowledge that Ellie retains full copyright and moral rights to all her artworks. Purchasing a physical piece does not give you permission to reproduce, share, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written consent from Ellie.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the online shop if you breach these Terms or are involved in any fraudulent or unlawful activity related to the site.
2. Original and Commissioned Artwork
Original artworks created by Ellie are available for purchase in various mediums and sizes. Each artwork is described on the website, signed by the artist, and shipped on stretched canvas . We do not offer framing.

3. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed through contacting artist directly through email address provided . All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST. Shipping costs are calculated after ordering and shown before confirming your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check this carefully and notify us of any errors immediately.
We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the item is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this once the order is processed.
4. Payment
All purchases must be made via credit card. Your payment will be processed when you place your order. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. We will contact you if there are any issues with your payment.
WE DO NOT OFFER FRAMING .
All artworks are MADE TO ORDER and on STRETCHED CANVAS so please allow time for the order to be processed and approx. 2 weeks for delivery from placement of order.
Delivery cannot be made to PO BOXES.
All orders must be signed for when delivered.
5.Returns and Refunds
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return an artwork, email us at [ellie.esla@yahoo.com] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your reason for return, invoice number, and shipping address.
If the item is damaged or faulty, include clear photos of the issue. We do not offer refunds or replacements for artworks that have been mishandled or incorrectly installed.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged—we cannot refund items damaged in return transit. Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed once the item is received.

Unless otherwise stated, Ellie owns the rights to all content on this website, including artworks, images, text, logos, and design elements. Your use of this site does not grant you any rights to use or reproduce any content.
