All artworks are on stretched canvas.

Delivery cannot be made to PO BOXES. 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [ellie.esla@yahoo.com] within 7 days of delivery and include your invoice number, shipping address, and clear photos of the damage.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or artworks that have been mishandled or incorrectly installed.

If a return is approved due to damage or fault, the artwork must be securely packaged for return transit. We cannot issue refunds for items further damaged due to inadequate return packaging. Refunds will be processed within 20 days after the artwork is received and inspected.
