Delivery cannot be made to PO BOXES. 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return an artwork, email us at [ellie.esla@yahoo.com] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your reason for return, invoice number, and shipping address.

If the item is damaged or faulty, include clear photos of the issue. We do not offer refunds or replacements for artworks that have been mishandled or incorrectly installed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged we cannot refund items damaged in return transit. Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed once the item is received.
